We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to Return
Contact us at support@design2clothing.co.uk (mailto:support@design2clothing.co.uk) to start a return. If accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior request won’t be accepted.

Refund Process
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return, or within 14 calendar days as required by UK law, whichever is sooner. Bank processing may add extra time. If 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, contact us at support@design2clothing.co.uk (mailto:support@design2clothing.co.uk).

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order on arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@design2clothing.co.uk (mailto:support@design2clothing.co.uk) so we can resolve it. For faulty items after 30 days, we’ll offer a repair or replacement; if unsuccessful, you’re entitled to a refund under UK law.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for custom products (e.g., personalized items, exempt under UK law) or gift cards (once activated). Sale items are returnable within the 14-day cooling-off period below unless customized.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it as above. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

UK Cooling-Off Period
Under UK consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of cancellation for any reason, and 14 additional days to return it. Contact us at support@design2clothing.co.uk (mailto:support@design2clothing.co.uk) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. We provide details of this right before you complete your purchase, as required by law.

Return Costs
Design2clothing covers return shipping costs for all returns.
